Bulgaria Sales Revenues Up Nearly 11 percent in July
|
The revenues from sales in Bulgaria in July of 2008 have increased by 10,7% compared to July of 2007, according to data from the National Statistics Institute (NSI).
The wholesale registers the highest increase - 11,7% with the trade of non-agricultural intermediate products increasing by 17,8% and forming 50% of the revenues' volume.
In the same time the wholesale of household goods has decreased by 2,3%, the one of machines and equipment by 8,6% and of food, beverages and tobacco - by 0,5%.
The trade of automobiles, fuels and car repairs show a 10,4% increase in sales.
Retail sales also show a 6,0% growth with the retail of medicaments and pharmaceutical products, fabrics, clothing, shoes and appliances registering the highest increases of over 6%.
The revenues from sales in Bulgaria in July of 2008 have increased by 7,5% compared to the month of June, again due mostly to increase in wholesales.
