Sofia Airport Center Signs Contracts with Four Major Tenants
|
Four international companies have signed new contracts for leasing offices and warehouse spaces in the building complex that has been currently constructed near the Sofia airport.
The news was announced Monday by the Tishman International Companies and GE Real Estate for Central and Eastern Europe.
The new center is known as Sofia Airport Center (SAC) and is a modern business park valued at over EUR 250 M.
The new tenants are Denikom, DIK, Hilti Bulgaria and Vista AWT
The Denikom Company has signed a contract with Forton International, leasing agent for Tishman, for 1200 square meters of warehouse space and 300 square meters of office space for 62 months. Denikom is a supplier of silicon and construction glues.
The DIK Company, represented by Scala Di, has signed a leasing contract for 66 months for 900 square meters of warehouse space and 300 square meters of office space at the Sofia Airport center. DIK is the exclusive importer for Bulgaria of high quality construction equipment made by Schuller Austria.
Forton International also represented the landlord in signing the 60-month lease contract for 900 square meters of warehouse space and 375 square meters of office space with Hilti Bulgaria. Hilti Bulgaria's headquarters are in Liechtenstein and the company is a world leader in the development, the manufacturing and the marketing of high quality construction equipment and equipment for the maintenance of construction sites.
The Bulgarian real estate Company Bulgaria 21 brought the Vista AWT Company at the Sofia Airport Center. Vista AWT signed a 65-month leasing contract for1600 square meters of warehouse space and 300 square meters of office space.
